For Physical Products
- Cancellations: Request within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Shipping: Processed in 3–5 business days.
- International delivery: 2 weeks (or if its held by the custom, it will be longer as we have no control.)
- Note: Customers are responsible for customs fees (we can’t predict these).
Returns & Quality Guarantee
- We stand by our products. If there’s an issue - refer to each product details.
- If there is a print error, we will replace/refund it—just email clear photos of the issue to hi@bemusedcreative.com within 30 days.
- However, please note that for our made-to-order: No general returns/exchanges (e.g., sizing).
